As the second hire and Head of Strategy and Campaigns at Chime Agency, I played a key role in shaping the agency’s growth and success over 2.5 years. I collaborated closely with the founder, working across all clients, delivering strategic direction, campaign execution, martech setup, and client development.
My efforts led to strong client relationships, significant revenue growth, and successful client outcomes. I continue to work with Chime clients as a freelancer when needed, maintaining a close relationship with the founder.

I developed and implemented streamlined processes for campaign planning, delivery, and reporting. These workflows allowed Chime to scale while maintaining consistent quality across projects.
I also introduced tools for MarTech setup and campaign management, ensuring efficient execution across all client engagements.
Client relationship building
I focused on building strong, personalised relationships with each client by acting as their main point of contact. I maintained regular communication, provided tailored solutions, and ensured high-level strategic input on every project.
This personalised approach helped retain clients and increase loyalty, leading to upsell opportunities.
New client acquisition & upsell
I spearheaded client development by identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients, bringing in an additional £50k in revenue.
I also secured two new clients, generating £20k, by delivering customized strategies that showcased our capabilities and transitioning them into longer-term retainer agreements.
Strategic campaign execution
I led the development and execution of high-impact campaigns that aligned with each client’s unique goals. This included tactical planning, MarTech setup, content creation, and reporting.
I consistently measured performance to optimise campaigns, ensuring that clients met their KPIs and objectives, while also adapting to changing market conditions.
Internal thought leadership - Our Hero Moment
I crafted and launched two annual reports, which positioned Chime as an industry thought leader. These reports, combined with a strategic outreach and marketing plan, generated 80% of the agency's leads.
I ensured that all marketing efforts aligned with our core messaging and positioned Chime as a trusted authority in digital strategy.
